About this recipe: An American-style no bake cheesecake that you can easily change up by choosing any flavour pie filling.

Makes: 3 pies with 6 slices each

  • 1 block softened cream cheese
  • 1 tub whipped topping or Bird's® dream topping
  • 150g mini marshmallows
  • 2 cans pie filling of your choice, such as cherry
  • 3 biscuit bases for cheesecake
  • 360g crushed nuts for topping

Prep:30min  ›  Extra time:6hr freezing  ›  Ready in:6hr30min 

  1. Whip together cream cheese and whipped cream until well mixed.
  2. Add marshmallows and pie filling; mix well until everything is well combined.
  3. Divide evenly over three biscuit bases and top with nuts.
  4. Freeze for 6 hours. Serve frozen.
