Spiced cauliflower soup

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 Soup

    • 1 cauliflower, chopped
    • 1 vegetable stock cube, dissolved in 240ml hot water
    • 1 teaspoon mixed spice or cinnamon
    • 6 Laughing Cow® Extra Light cheese triangles
    • salt and pepper

    1. Cook cauliflower until tender in a pan with other ingredients. Blend together and serve.
