About this recipe: This mocha cream is low fat - made with yoghurt and fromage frais, but rich and delicious nonetheless. This recipe is kindly provided by Judy.

Serves: 4 

  • 1 teaspoon strong coffee
  • 2 teaspoons boiling water
  • 140g (5oz) very low fat natural fromage frais
  • 140g (5oz) quark
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 chocolate covered almonds
  • 2 teaspoons low fat drinking chocolate

Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:4hr chilling  ›  Ready in:4hr15min 

  1. Dissolve the coffee in the boiling water.
  2. Mix together the coffee mixture with the fromage frais, quark, sweetener and vanilla extract.
  3. Divide into 4 glasses and chill for several hours.
  4. Once chilled, top with an almond and a dusting of the drinking chocolate.
