Chocolate coffee cream

    This mocha cream is low fat - made with yoghurt and fromage frais, but rich and delicious nonetheless. This recipe is kindly provided by Judy.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 teaspoon strong coffee
    • 2 teaspoons boiling water
    • 140g (5oz) very low fat natural fromage frais
    • 140g (5oz) quark
    • 1 tablespoon sweetener
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 4 chocolate covered almonds
    • 2 teaspoons low fat drinking chocolate

    1. Dissolve the coffee in the boiling water.
    2. Mix together the coffee mixture with the fromage frais, quark, sweetener and vanilla extract.
    3. Divide into 4 glasses and chill for several hours.
    4. Once chilled, top with an almond and a dusting of the drinking chocolate.
