    For the "cheaters" out there who want maximum impact, or to spruce up that tub of boring vanilla ice cream at the back of your freezer! Great with bread and butter pudding, any fruit based puddings and even baked chocolate brownies - you'll never eat straight vanilla again!

    Makes: 10 or however much ice cream you want

    • 1 tub vanilla ice cream
    • 2 handfuls basil leaves

    1. Sit the tub of ice cream on the counter and let it soften a little.
    2. Put the molten mix in a blender and add a handful of fresh basil leaves per 1/2 tub of ice cream.
    3. Blitz, taste and refreeze.
