About this recipe: Just throw it all in the slow cooker and let it cook on low all day, stir it ever now and again and bingo - the best spag bol sauce to serve with pasta and fresh Parmesan cheese.
Very tasty, house smelt lovely when I got in from work. Left the pasta out because I just wanted some emergency sauce. Added some more garlic (which worked) and swapped the onion for red onions (which didn't work). Freezes very well and per portion is cheaper than the instant jars from the supermarket. - 15 Feb 2014
