In a seperate bowl, smooth together soured cream and lime juice to taste.
Throw in chopped up Roquefort and jalapenos.
Lastly fold in avocado. Chill and serve.
Do not over mix as the cheese and avocado bits add a nice texture to the dip. Also, to avoid mixture turning brown one put in the fridge, save the avocado stone and place on top directly into the mix and it should stay a nice green colour!
