Mozzarella chicken in tomato cream sauce

About this recipe:
This chicken dish is easily made and doesn't take too long!
4 chicken breast fillets
4 to 8 slices ham
200ml roasted red pepper pasta sauce
1 to 2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs
- Cut the mozzarella in slices and put 1 to 2 slices on each chicken breast fillet, then wrap each in 1 to 2 slices of ham. Place in a baking dish.
- Mix pasta sauce with cream and Italian herbs and pour it over the chicken fillets. Bake at 200 C / Gas 6 for about 30 minutes.
Tasty dish, quick and easy.

Simple to make, quick, very tasty. A family friendly dish that everyone will love. Definitely a keeper on my list.
