About this recipe: Quick way to make your pasta super tasty! Can also just use as a spread over some pita bread, toast, or even a beef or chicken steak :)

Serves: 2 

  • 1 large bunch fresh parsley
  • 100g walnuts or pine nuts (toasted)
  • 60g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
  • salt and pepper
  • 180ml olive oil

Prep:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Blend all ingredients except olive oil in a blender.
  2. Then, add the olive oil in a thin stream.
