Beat milk and condensed milk in a blender until the two become well mixed. Add the cocoa powder and cornflour and beat more, until smooth.
Transfer to a saucepan and heat slowly over medium low stirring constantly, until hot chocolate is thick and creamy.
Divide the hot chocolate into 6 hot mugs and top each with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
