    About this recipe: This slow cooker side dish is so easy to prepare, and your family will love these potatoes. Great with chicken or pork.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 8 red potatoes, sliced
    • 4 slices pancetta, chopped
    • 75g grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tin condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Method

    1. Lightly grease the slow cooker pot with butter. Add in all of the ingredients. Cover and cook on Low for 7-9 hours. Add more seasoning at the end of cooking, if needed.

    Tip

    You can lightly fry or microwave the chopped pancetta before adding to the slow cooker, if desired. Streaky bacon also works a treat.
