The gelatine as it was leaf did not dissolve and as a result the mousse was still runny after hours in the fridge with lumps of gelatine in it. I suggest you should specify that powdered gelatine should be used...a total waste of money and time for me!!!!!!! - 18 Feb 2018
Really lovely - I only had 250 ml cream but it worked out just fine. Will be making this again - 05 Sep 2015
