Boil pasta in a pan according to packet instructions, around 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain water from pan once pasta is cooked and add the bolognese sauce, tuna and seasoning and mix thoroughly.
Pour pasta, tomato and tuna mix into a small ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with cheese to taste and add a teaspoon or two of breadcrumbs if available (adds crunch!) and put under the grill (or in the oven) for 5 minutes until cheese has nicely melted and breadcrumbs are crispy.
I made this for seven small children aged between 10 years old and 18 months and served with garlic bread. I suspect it'd be a fair portion for about 4 hungry adults.
