Spicy mushrooms with pasta

    Spicy tasty mushrooms with tagliatelle and creamy mushroom soup. Serve with garlic bread. So very easy to make!

    Serves: 2 

    • 110g tagliatelle
    • 100g button mushrooms (sliced)
    • oil
    • 1 teaspoon chilli, minced
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tin condensed mushroom soup
    • 1/2 soup tin milk
    • pinch paprika

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Put pot of water onto boil with plenty of water and salt to taste. Cook tagliatelle.
    2. Fry mushrooms in the oil in the frying pan with chilli and garlic until soft and cooked.
    3. Meanwhile pour condensed soup in pot, half fill empty can with milk and add to soup in pot. Add paprika to soup and milk mixture.
    4. Add cooked mushrooms to soup mixture, stir and pour over cooked and drained tagliatelle.
