Brilliant recipe easy to make and delicious to eat. We had it with buttered baked potatoes. Next time I would use a little more sage and a little less lemon but that's a personal taste. Also I'm not too sure of using Parmesan as a topping as it can dry out a little. I might try making them in filo pastry next! - 11 Sep 2013
