Smoked salmon blinis

    Ridiculously easy smoked salmon blinis. If you start with good quality shop-bought ingredients, you'll have a delectable canape ready in minutes.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 packet shop-bought blinis
    • 1 packet good quality smoked salmon, cut into strips
    • 1 red onion, finely chopped
    • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
    • a handful of chopped fresh dill
    • 1 tub soured cream
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Arrange the blinis on a serving platter. Fold a strip of smoked salmon over each. Sprinkle with some red onion, lemon zest and juice.
    2. In a bowl, mix the soured cream with 3/4 of the dill and some salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the mixture over the blinis. Sprinkle with the remaining dill and some black pepper to finish.
