Superb creamy hot chocolate

My luxurious hot chocolate is made with cream instead of milk and has a splash of Grand Marnier liqueur - just perfect when you need a relaxing warm drink! If you are making it for kids - use mint chocolate and forget about the liqueur.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 160g dark or milk chocolate, chopped
- 450ml single cream
- 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier liqueur
- Topping
- whipped cream with spash of vanilla (optional)
- grated chocolate

- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over hot water. Add cream and stir to mix thoroughly. Add Grand Marnier, stir again and pour into 4 cups.
- Top with vanilla whipped cream and grated chocolate, if using.
