    About this recipe: This is a food you can eat with anything at all except dessert. You can deep fry, pan fry or boil them.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 200g plain flour
    • 200g water

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:15min cooling  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. To make dumplings you must pour 200g of flour into a mixing bowl.
    2. Then add water (mild water), not too hot or cold, mix well with hands and then knead on chopping board.
    3. After make small balls of dough which may or may not be made into your own shapes, such as a heart.
    4. Lay them in a in a fryer or saucepan; fry for 5 minutes each side, or boil for about 10 minutes.
    5. Finally eat and enjoy!

    Use for leftovers

    With the leftover dough you can make biscuits.
