Simple slow cooker goose

    This is a dead easy way to enjoy goose. The goose meat falls right off the bone thanks to hours in the slow cooker!

    Serves: 7 

    • 1 goose, jointed
    • 4 onions, peeled
    • 2L water

    1. Place the goose pieces and the whole, peeled onions in the slow cooker. Top with water to cover. Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.


    Add salt and pepper to taste at the beginning, and taste once more just at the end of cooking.
