About this recipe: These came out perfect the first time I made them and are very moreish. The whole family will love these!
Use bicarbonate of soda, not baking powder - they are not he same thing. If you use baking powder, your cookies will be to soft and a bit like cake.
You can make these without eggs by just not adding in the eggs. This will give them kind of a more crunchier texture like shortbread.
