About this recipe:I consider this a dessert and cheese course in one! Warm pears, drizzled with honey are served with Brie cheese on slices of crunchy bread. You can use blue cheese if you prefer. Toasted hazelnuts make a lovely addition.
Stunning subtle sweetness I thought I would be adding cranberry but it didn't need it, not go to much on the butter or you maybe longer on the pan and I under grilled the bread and then partially grilled the Brie whilst on the bread. Also a very pretty dish to begin a meal. - 31 May 2015
