Tabasco® chicken

    A very simple spicy recipe for chicken thighs that uses only 4 ingredients. Serve with veg, salad or chips.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 chicken thighs
    • 4 tablespoons Tabasco® sauce
    • 4 tablespoons plain flour
    • oil for frying

    1. Remove the skin from the chicken. Marinate in the Tabasco sauce for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
    2. Coat the chicken in the flour.
    3. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the chicken until no longer pink at the centre, about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
