About this recipe:
This is a lovely light dessert, especially after a big meal, and so easy to make! It's piped with whipped cream and topped with fresh raspberries.
1 tin raspberries, drained, juice reserved
1 packet raspberry jelly
150ml double cream
10 fresh raspberries
Extra time:1hr chilling ›
- Drain the juice off the raspberries and use to make jelly according to packet instructions; cool.
- Stir milk into cooled jelly, add raspberries.
- Pour into dessert dishes, and put into fridge until set.
- While jelly is in fridge whip the cream; pipe onto jellies just before serving, decorate with the fresh raspberries.
