    About this recipe: This is a lovely light dessert, especially after a big meal, and so easy to make! It's piped with whipped cream and topped with fresh raspberries.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 tin raspberries, drained, juice reserved
    • 1 packet raspberry jelly
    • 300ml milk
    • 150ml double cream
    • 10 fresh raspberries

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Extra time:1hr chilling  ›  Ready in:1hr12min 

    1. Drain the juice off the raspberries and use to make jelly according to packet instructions; cool.
    2. Stir milk into cooled jelly, add raspberries.
    3. Pour into dessert dishes, and put into fridge until set.
    4. While jelly is in fridge whip the cream; pipe onto jellies just before serving, decorate with the fresh raspberries.
