About this recipe: This is a winter stew, easy to do and very yummy. My meat is steak - it's different and very tender. We would have some crispy rolls to dip into the stew after eating.
if there is any left over, place the lid back on the pan with the leftover stew in it add a little hot water and leave over night in the refrigerator. This will make the flavouring much better after a night.
