Low calorie Yorkshire pudding custard tart

    Tasty and impressive almost completely homemade custard tart, with amazingly only 330 kcal per tart.

    Makes: 6 tarts

    • 6 home baked Yorkshire puddings
    • 500g ready made custard
    • 90g raisins
    • 1 teaspoon caster sugar

    1. Heat the oven 220 C / Gas 7.
    2. Place the six Yorkshire puddings on an oven tray and bake for 20 minutes.
    3. Mix the custard with the raisins.
    4. Take the Yorkshire puddings out of the oven and evenly divide the custard and raisin mix between the six puddings. Sprinkle with caster sugar.
    5. Place back in the oven for a further 5 to 10 minutes or until the custard is brown and bubbling.
    6. Take out and serve immediately.
