Really delicious and cheese flavour just right - not too subtle and not too strong. Didn't take 15 mins, 3 or 4 mins less for my oven. Next time might try alternatives to cayenne such as mustard powder or chilli powder. Yumm👍 - 29 Sep 2015
Perfect first time. Put in Manchego instead of Cheddar as I was making 'posh' ones for a wedding. Used paprika instead of cayene as its what I had. And added mustard as seemed important from other reviews. 15min cooking time is spot on. Fabulous taste, really light with perfect texture. Very moorish.
