    About this recipe: This creamy fruit smoothie transports you to the tropics for breakfast! Use ripe mango when in season, or use tinned or frozen mango.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 ripe mango, cubed
    • 1 small banana
    • 150ml coconut milk
    • 100g pineapple pieces
    • 100ml orange juice

    1. Place fruit, coconut milk and orange juice into a blender. Puree until smooth.
