You can make this as a loaf - use a greased and lined loaf tin and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Love them as they are. But If you want to have a vegan pudding for yourself or a friend I popped a couple in the microwave for 30 seconds and topped with vegan custard. Pretty perfect autumnal pudding (as well as very good muffins). - 27 Oct 2015
This is an amazing recipe. I added a handful of flaked almonds as well as raisins and used oil instead of butter. It is the perfect for schools too - no dairy, no nuts (keep them out), no butter (if oil used), no eggs.....and smells great!!! - 26 May 2014
I've not actually tasted it yet but I find it looks, smells (shh! I licked the bowl but it tasted amazing) I added 1 teaspoon of cinnamon I hope its all right.
