Garlic and tuna spaghetti

    16 min

A quick meal for garlic lovers (warning- may cause bad breath). Do not throw away the oil from the tuna- it tastes great as a sauce.

    Serves: 1

    • 75 to 115g spaghetti
    • 1 tin tuna in oil
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 1 pinch of seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic granules, etc.)

    Prep:3min  ›  Cook:12min  ›  Extra time:1min  ›  Ready in:16min

    1. Boil water and add spaghetti to a pan. Pour boiling water on top (enough to cover the pasta) and boil for 10-12 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, open the tuna and drain the oil into a frying pan. Heat on a low setting.
    3. Crush garlic and put into pan of oil. Fry for a few minutes.
    4. Once pasta has been boiled for 10-12 minutes, drain off water, put in a bowl, add the garlic and oil, and add tuna. If there is too much liquid, put the pasta into a sieve to drain away some of the oil.
