Place the butter and cider vinegar into a small pot, over a low-medium heat, stirring until melted.
Add the hot sauce and tomato puree and mix until combined.
Add the lemon juice and stir well. Pour over your chicken or place into a jar to use later.
If you'd like to turn the heat up, you can add 2 tablespoons of Tabasco sauce. If however, you'd like to see a grown man cry use habanero sauce instead. Please note, these additions are not suitable for small children.
