    About this recipe: A delicious, filling smoothie for busy mornings when you need something to fill you up fast! Use any sort of fresh or frozen berries that you like!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 medium sized banana, chopped
    • 1 handful frozen mixed berries
    • 1 handful porridge oats
    • 2 tablespoons vanilla yoghurt
    • 100ml orange juice (or whatever juice you prefer)

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Throw all the ingredients into the blender or smoothie maker, whichever you are using, blend on high for a couple of minutes until the mixture looks smooth.
    2. Pour into glasses and serve!
