    DIET PROOF CHIPS! Usually when you're on a diet chips are a strict no no but these home made chips are crisp healthy and delicious! recipe is so easy give it a go! Serves 2 but easy enough to double to your required quantity.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 4 fist size Maris Piper potatoes
    • 1 egg white
    • 1 teaspoon oil for greasing tray

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Preheat oven to 200 C / 180 C fan / Gas 6.
    2. Cut potatoes into chips, par boil for 5 minutes, drain. Whisk egg white for a minute or so then pour over chips to coat.
    3. Oil baking tray. Spread eggy chips over tray bake for 30 minutes or until crisp turning once around half way.
    4. Serve with what ever you wish and enjoy!
