About this recipe: Quick and easy to make, tastes delicious!! Beef strips are quickly cooked with chillies and honey. Serve with boiled rice.

Serves: 4 

  • drizzle of oil
  • 800g thinly sliced beef (rump)
  • 4 small red chillies, seeded and chopped
  • 4 small green chillies, seeded and chopped
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons honey

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Gently heat the oil in a heavy bottom frying pan, add the beef and fry till brown.
  2. Add the chopped chillies and the honey.
  3. Keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes as the honey will try to burn the pan.
  4. The beef should be really sticky now, time to serve. Serve with boiled rice.
