Mix all the ingredients to make a nice batter; the consistency should be thick not runny. To check for the right consistency, lift your whisk over the mixing bowl and if your batter drops in a slow motion it should be the right consistency.
Take a non-stick pan and pour two tablespoons full of the batter at one go depending on your desired size of the pancake. Cover and cook for about 1 to 1.5 minute and flip.
Cook each side for approximately 1 - 1.5 minutes. Repeat procedure with the whole batter till you make enough pancakes to serve your whole family.
