Easy baked rice pudding

About this recipe: As I remembered how my Gran's rice pudding tastes (who sadly died when I was young) I have tried many ways to make rice pudding and find that this is how I remember my Gran's. My family love this and always appear when I have made this.

  1. Preheat oven to 150 C / Gas 2.
  2. Add all ingredients to a deep ovenproof dish and place dish on a baking tray to catch any spillage.
  3. Place into oven on the middle shelf.
  4. You can either stir every half hour or leave for an hour and a half then stir.
  5. Once ready remove from oven and you can add some extra milk if required to make it more moist depending on consistency you like.
