Preheat barbecue for high heat.
In a medium bowl combine sweetcorn, red onion, spring onion, red and white cabbage, red and green peppers, fresh coriander and watercress. Mix well; stir in lime juice and zest.
In a small bowl combine cumin, cayenne pepper, ground black pepper and salt. Brush each fillet with olive oil, and sprinkle with spices.
Arrange fillets on barbecue grate, and cook for 3 minutes per side. For each taco top two corn tortillas with fish, salsa, soured cream and avocado. Finally, add a few dashes of hot pepper sauce (if desired).
My first fish tacos and these were amazing! My fish loving husband loved them. How could you not? They are so fresh and full of flavour - the lime in the fresh salsa really makes the dish. Definitely will be making again. The only thing I did different is I pan fried the fish as we were not barbecuing. We will be trying this once we do! - 07 Apr 2015
