Healthy oatmeal banana pancakes

    The healthiest and most delicious pancakes going! Every time I make this people claim they will never make "regular" pancakes again. Serve with syrup, apple sauce, nutella, butter, anything you like!

    Makes: 4 large pancakes!

    • 90g rolled oats
    • 5 egg whites
    • 2 large bananas
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
    • butter

    1. Combine all ingredients in a a blender, or a food processor.
    2. Blend until a thick batter forms. Depending on how thick you like your pancakes, an extra egg white or touch of skim milk can be added.
    3. Heat butter in a frying pan or a skillet over medium heat. Ladle batter into skillet, and fry pancakes until golden brown on each side.
