Place veg into casserole dish. Add beef to casserole dish.
Make gravy to desired consistency by adding granules to ale and making to a pint with boiling water.
Add gravy to casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
If gravy is a bit thin, add some more gravy granules.
Works great with any style of potato (especially mash). Any veg can be removed from the list, I only ever cook this recipe with onions, but I'm a fussy eater, also the thickness of the chopping is down to personal preference.
