Crab nachos

    A great topping for dipping! Crab, lime juice, mustard and creme fraiche are mixed together, spooned over tortilla crisps and topped with Gruyere, then grilled till bubbly.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It Brown Crab
    • 1 lime, juice
    • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
    • a splash of Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon of creme fraiche
    • 1 bag of tortilla chips
    • a handful of Gruyere cheese, grated
    • black pepper to taste

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Combine the crab meat with lime, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and creme fraiche.
    2. Spoon the mixture over a heaped pile of tortilla chips. Top with grated Gruyere and pepper.
    3. Place under a hot grill until the cheese has melted and serve.
