About this recipe:
A great topping for dipping! Crab, lime juice, mustard and creme fraiche are mixed together, spooned over tortilla crisps and topped with Gruyere, then grilled till bubbly.
1 pack of Seafood & Eat It Brown Crab
1 lime, juice
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
a splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of creme fraiche
1 bag of tortilla chips
a handful of Gruyere cheese, grated
black pepper to taste
- Combine the crab meat with lime, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and creme fraiche.
- Spoon the mixture over a heaped pile of tortilla chips. Top with grated Gruyere and pepper.
- Place under a hot grill until the cheese has melted and serve.
