- 1 pack Seafood & Eat It® White Crab
- 1 heaped teaspoon mayonnaise
- squeeze of lime juice
- pepper to taste
- unsalted butter, for spreading
- a couple slices granary bread
- watercress or rocket

- Mix the crab with the mayonnaise, lime and some pepper.
- Butter the bread and add a layer of watercress or rocket.
- Spoon the mixture onto the bread and enjoy.
