Pear smoothie

    Use fresh, ripe pears to prepare this smoothie, or use tinned pear halves when pears aren't in season.

    Makes: 2 large glasses

    • 3 pears - peeled, cored and cut into chunks
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • 125ml milk

    1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
