I converted the quantities to American equivalents but used only 2 Tablespoons of melted butter instead of 70 grams. Also used self-rising flour and no baking powder. And it was still perfect. The recipe made six 4" pancakes using 1/3 c. batter for each. Also did not chill as I was short on time. - 17 Aug 2017
