Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the centre, then add the eggs, butter and milk. Whisk till just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Cover bowl and let rest in fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over high heat; when hot add a large spoonful of batter to the pan for each pancake.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes until bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the pancake, then flip over and cook till golden brown, about 2 minutes.
