About this recipe: Ready in 10 minutes, these French dessert pots are delicious and healthy. You can vary this recipe by using almost any berry in place of cherries.


Makes: 2 dessert glasses

  • 30 cherries, stones removed and halved
  • 4 heaping tablespoons fromage frais

  1. Set aside 10 of the cherry halves. In a blender, mix together the remaining cherries and the cheese. Stir well, then spoon mixture evenly two dessert glasses.
  2. Top each decoratively with the reserved cherry halves. Cover and chill in the fridge until just before serving.
