About this recipe:
Ready in 10 minutes, these French dessert pots are delicious and healthy. You can vary this recipe by using almost any berry in place of cherries.
Makes: 2 dessert glasses
30 cherries, stones removed and halved
4 heaping tablespoons fromage frais
- Set aside 10 of the cherry halves. In a blender, mix together the remaining cherries and the cheese. Stir well, then spoon mixture evenly two dessert glasses.
- Top each decoratively with the reserved cherry halves. Cover and chill in the fridge until just before serving.
