About this recipe: These prawns, perfumed with lemon and coriander, make a great starter, and prove that elegant dishes don't have to be complicated. Serve them warm or cold.


Serves: 6 

  • 300g fresh prawns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh coriander
  • salt and ground black pepper

  1. Peel the prawns, keeping the tails on.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and cook the prawns until golden, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and coriander, and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
