About this recipe: Tender pork chops are so good! These come directly from the farm. With green beans on the side, you have a lovely balanced dinner.


Serves: 4 

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 500g green beans, trimmed
  • 10 sprigs parsley, minced

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and cook the pork chops until golden, turning often, and until the juices no longer run pink, about 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil, add the vegetable stock cube, and cook the green beans until tender, about 7 minutes; drain.
  3. Remove the pork chops from the pan to a serving plate. Add the green beans to the frying pan, and cook until golden, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley. Serve!
