3 tablespoons olive oil
4 pork chops
1 vegetable stock cube
500g green beans, trimmed
10 sprigs parsley, minced

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and cook the pork chops until golden, turning often, and until the juices no longer run pink, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil, add the vegetable stock cube, and cook the green beans until tender, about 7 minutes; drain.
Remove the pork chops from the pan to a serving plate. Add the green beans to the frying pan, and cook until golden, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley. Serve!
