About this recipe: This is a simple but tangy dish that I made through experimenting with various ingredients when I was younger. If you prefer this dish less spicy, put slightly less mustard in it. I just love the sweet and hot taste of the chops - it's a lovely dish whatever the weather. Enjoy!
