About this recipe: This is a simple but tangy dish that I made through experimenting with various ingredients when I was younger. If you prefer this dish less spicy, put slightly less mustard in it. I just love the sweet and hot taste of the chops - it's a lovely dish whatever the weather. Enjoy!

    Serves: 2

    • 2 teaspoons English mustard
    • 2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 to 3 teaspoons clear honey
    • garlic, to taste
    • 4 boneless thin pork chops or loin steaks

    1. Preheat the grill.
    2. Mix mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey and garlic together to form a slightly runny texture.
    3. Prick chops several times and place in an air tight container. Drizzle the mixture over the chops and marinate for a minimum of 2 hours, shaking occasionally to ensure mixture is covering all chops.
    4. Grill chops slowly until no longer pink at the centre, about 20 minutes.

    Serving suggestion
