About this recipe: An easy turkey curry is ready for the table in minutes. Serve this with white rice and a steamed vegetable on the side.


Serves: 4 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 turkey breast steaks, cubed
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 170g crème fraîche

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat, and cook and stir the turkey until browned, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the curry powder and lemon juice, reduce the heat and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the crème fraîche. Return the pan to the cooker over low heat, and cook and stir just until heated through, about 2 minutes.
