40g unsweetened cocoa powder
500ml skimmed milk
50g caster sugar

Mix agar agar and cocoa together in a small bowl. Warm milk slowly in a saucepan, adding agar agar mixture gradually while stirring vigorously. Bring to the boil and let boil for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring. Reduce heat and stir in sugar.
Pour into four ramekins and let cool for 10 minutes at room temperature. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
