About this recipe: The classic French 'en papillote' (meaning 'in paper') method is made quick and easy in this microwave fish dish recipe! A quick and healthy meal!


Serves: 2 

  • 2 sole fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • fresh chopped parsley

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Put each fish fillet in the centre of a piece of baking parchment. Top with lemon slices, then for each parcel fold opposite sides of parchment towards each other and wrap to enclose fish.
  2. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high. Open parcels and allow steam to escape. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
