About this recipe:These little kebab skewers are beautiful. I made them here to have with drinks, but they can be made as a starter or barbecue side dish. Made a day ahead so that the marinade is best!

1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon herbes de Provence

Cut all of the vegetables into small squares (try to keep the same size and form for all vegetables). Put them in a sealable plastic bag. Add oil, lemon juice and herbes de Provence. Seal bag and shake to toss ingredients together; put in refrigerator to marinate overnight.
The next day, slide vegetables onto skewers. Lay skewers on plates and serve.
If you like, sprinkle the skewers with herbes de Provence just before serving.
